EARL GREY
Green tea leaves collected and processed from Sri Lanka's low grown area of Ratnapura, has the appearance of wiry and medium size black tea leaves. Beta Earl Grey Tea is formed by blending Ceylon tea leaves with Beta special flavour derived from bergamot oil. Not dark in colour, bitter taste, but this time both hard and soft flavoured taste of tea is indispensable for tea lovers. Note: Earl Grey flavour has various types depending on the palate; as citrus nodes, lemon nodes, orange notes, fruity nodes, etc...
INTENSE AROMA, INTENSE FLAVOR
Earl Grey’s taste and smell reminiscent of citrus in the aroma comes from the bergamot oil in its content. (Bergamot orange, grows in the Mediterranean region, is a fruit that is similar to the aromatic orange flavour. Bergamot oil is removed from its rind.) Bright medium dark in colour when brewed and balanced character of Sri Lanka tea is a good example of hard and bitter taste.
